In most cases, no. PC-based streaming (which leverages a PC's hardware for rendering) typically bypasses the headset's native Android OS. Because ArborXR Home and Kiosk Mode run on top of that Android layer, they are usually disabled when a tethered session begins.
However, there is an exception for Meta Quest:
Meta Quest Devices (Horizon OS v85+)
For Quest devices running Horizon OS v85 or higher, users can now access Quest Link while Arbor Home or Kiosk Mode is active.
How to access: Press the Home button on the touch controller to open the Meta settings menu, where Quest Link can be selected.
