⚠️ The ArborXR Device Setup App for is supported on the following OS:

Log into your account on app.arborxr.com and click Devices in the side navigation bar.
Click Add Device.
Click Download (Windows) if you are on a Windows PC and click Download (MacOS) if you are on a Mac PC.
Install the Device Setup App.
For Windows users, the Device Setup App will download as a setup executable. Launch this .exe and run through the installation flow. IT admins can use run setup with arguments to automate deployments and even install the app machine-wide.
For macOS users, the Device Setup App will download as a disk image. Open it to mount it, then drag and drop the app in the opened window into the Applications folder.
Once the Device Setup App is installed, launch it and login with your ArborXR credentials.
⚠️ If you're provisioning via Configuration Package, you will not need to log into the Device Setup App. For more information, visit our guide on Configuration Packages. |
