⚠️ The ArborXR Device Setup App for is supported on the following OS:
Windows 10 version 1607 or later
macOS version 10.14 or later
Log into your account on app.arborxr.com and click Devices & Groups in the side navigation menu.
Click on the purple + icon next to Devices. This will open the in-app device set up guide.
Select the device type in question.
Proceed to the Install ArborXR Setup App step for the download links (Windows & MacOS).
Install the Device Setup App.
For Windows users, the Device Setup App will download as a setup executable. Launch this .exe and run through the installation flow. IT admins can use run setup with arguments to automate deployments and even install the app machine-wide.
For macOS users, the Device Setup App will download as a disk image. Open it to mount it, then drag and drop the app in the opened window into the Applications folder.
Once the Device Setup App is installed, launch it and login with your ArborXR credentials.
⚠️ If you're provisioning via Configuration Package, you will not need to log into the Device Setup App. For more information, visit our guide on Configuration Packages.
