Within Account Settings, there is the option to opt-in to receiving app, video and file installation error email notifications.
💡 This is especially useful for those managing a large deployment of devices where visibility on failed installs is critical so that a reinstall can be attempted.
Click on your user name in the top right-hand corner.
Click Account Settings.
Toggle on App & File Deployment Errors to opt-in.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Opting-in opts you into receiving app, video & file installation error email notifications across all organizations you have access to.
In the event of an installation error, an email notification will be sent specifying the affected device, the name of the app or file that failed to install, and the name of the organization that the device is a part of.
Clicking the View Error button in the email directs to the Status page with the correct filters applied, so that the installation error can be easily identified and the install retried.
