Overview

The Status page can be used to track the deployment status of the following across all devices in an organization:

  • ArborXR system apps (client & ArborXR Home)

  • Apps

  • Videos

  • WebXR Links

  • Files

  • OS updates (PICO and Magic Leap 2 only)

Manual Filtering

The Status page includes advanced filtering options:

  • Deployment status (Installed, Pending, Processing, Error)

  • Date range

  • Device

  • Device Group

  • App

  • Video

  • WebXR Link

  • File

  • Tag

Programmatic Filtering

Option 1: Dashboard Page

The Dashboard page includes the Device Compliance widget that reports on the total count of devices that are out of date and the total count that are up to date.

Clicking View Details will direct you to the Status page with the correct filters applied, so that all pending app and file installs or updates across all devices can be easily identified.

Option 2: Groups

The Devices page of device groups includes a Total, Up to Date, and Out of Date count of devices. These counts are shown above the devices table.

Clicking on any of these counts directs to the Status page with the correct filters applied, so that all devices that meet this criteria can be easily identified.

Similarly, the Content page of device groups includes a Total, Pending, Processing, Installed, and Error count of apps.

Clicking on any of these counts directs to the Status page with the correct filters applied, so that all apps that meet this criteria can be easily identified.

Option 3: App, Video & File Install Error Email Notifications

Finally, you have the option to opt-in to app & file install error email notifications. This is especially useful for those managing a large deployment of devices where visibility on failed installs is critical so that a reinstall can be attempted.
