Overview

When preparing ambisonic/spatial audio for a video for playback within ArborXR, there are some considerations to ensure they can playback properly.

Filename Requirements

To set a specific audio encoding type, the type needs to be appended after the video title with an asterisk preceding it when uploading to ArborXR (The video must be in .mkv format), like so:

VideoTitleHere*AMBIX_4.mkv

📖 The encoding type always goes after the asterisk.

If an encoding type below is not included in the filename when uploading initially to ArborXR, the title can be edited later under Content Library > Videos > Select the video > Details > Title, then Save to complete the update.
