Request a New Organization
Click on the logo in the top left-hand corner in the ArborXR Web Portal to open the organization switcher.
💡 NOTE: The organization switcher will display all the organizations associated with your ArborXR account.
Click Request New Organization.
Enter the details requested on the Request New Organization page:
Desired Organization Name (Required)
How many devices do you want to manage? (Optional)
Your message (Optional)
Click Submit Request. This is sent to your ArborXR Account Executive for completion. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to complete the request.
Once the organization request has been completed and you receive confirmation from your ArborXR Account Executive of its creation, the organization should appear immediately and ready for use!
💡 NOTE: After the ArborXR organization's creation, if your team requires a custom storage bucket, you can add one under Settings > Storage in your newly created organization. For more information about configuring and connecting a custom storage bucket, see this article.
