💡Temporarily exiting ArborXR Home to access the device's native home environment is a useful feature as this enables the management of device settings that cannot be managed directly within ArborXR Home. For example, enabling or disabling Meta Quest's hand tracking functionality.

Exit ArborXR Home:

  1. Select Advanced Settings (cog icon) in the bottom left corner of ArborXR Home.

  2. Select View Advanced Settings:

    1. If an admin PIN is not enforced: select View Advanced Settings.

    2. If an admin PIN is enforced: select Unlock Advanced Settings then enter the admin PIN and click Unlock Settings.

  3. Select Exit ArborXR Home.

  4. Select Continue.

  5. On Pico Neo 3 series, Pico's system quick access menu will appear with the option to Exit or Continue. Select Exit.

💡 NOTE: Upon exiting, ArborXR Home's enforcement will be deactivated, including overriding the home button, until the ArborXR Home app is manually re-launched via the device's native app menu.

Return to ArborXR Home:

  1. Navigate to the device's native app menu.

    • On Meta Quest, navigate to the Unknown Sources folder to find the ArborXR Home.

    • On Pico Neo 3, filter Pico's native apps menu by All or Entertainment to find the ArborXR Home app.

  2. Launch the ArborXR app.

💡 NOTE: Upon launch, ArborXR Home will be re-enforced, including overriding the home button.
