Overview
Before enrolling Meta Quest devices into ArborXR, you need to set up a Managed Meta account and create a Meta Horizon managed services organization.
Set Up Your Managed Meta Account and Organization
Scroll down to the Subscribe section, then click Sign up.
Select your country, then click Get Started. If your country is not one of the available countries, select any of the available options. You will be able to choose your specific country later on in the setup process. If you have any questions, contact Meta’s Sales team for further assistance.
Click Continue on the “Get started with Meta for Work” screen.
Enter your email address, then click Next.
Meta will send a confirmation code to your email. Enter this code in the Verification code box and click Verify.
Enter your name, date of birth, and a password, then click Next.
Enter your organization name, select your country, and select your current number of Meta Quest devices. Read and select the checkbox to agree to the Meta Horizon Managed Solutions Terms of Service, then click Next
Confirm your details on the next page, then click Create account.
Set up two-factor authentication, selecting your preferred method (Authenticator app, like Google Authenticator, or via text message). Follow the steps and complete the setup of two-factor authentication for your managed Meta account.
It is recommended to download your backup codes and store them in a safe place, in case you lose access to your mobile phone or authenticator app.
