Overview
The QR code enrollment method allows administrators to enroll devices to ArborXR by generating and then scanning a QR code. The QR code contains automatic enrollment credentials and a Wi-Fi payload. Administrators can also download and share the QR code to allow users to self-enroll their devices.
Supported Devices
Devices that support this enrollment method include:
Magic Leap 2
HTC VIVE XR Elite
HTC VIVE Focus Vision
RealWear
Vuzix M400 & M4000
Phones & tablets
PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise

Generate the QR Code
Navigate to Groups in the side navigation menu.
Select the group you would like to enroll devices into.
Select the Settings tab.
Expand the Enrollment section.

Optional: Check the Add Wi-Fi Configuration checkbox and enter Wi-Fi details if you'd like Wi-Fi to be provisioned to the device as part of scanning the QR code.
⚠️ While including Wi-Fi in the QR code payload is optional, the device must already be connected to Wi-Fi prior to scanning the QR code in order for the enrollment to complete successfully.
Click Generate.
Now that the QR code has been generated and is displayed in the QR Codes table, click on the download icon to download a .png of the QR code or click on the expand icon to open the QR code on your machine for device scanning.
