Who can use this feature?
👤 Organizations Owners, Admins, and Members.
🚩 Available on the Essential and Enterprise Plans.
App Overview Page
Navigate to Content Library in the side navigation menu.
Select the app on which you would like to wipe data.
Navigate to the Devices tab.
Select one or more Device Groups or Ungrouped Devices.
Click Actions.
Select Clear App Data from the dropdown.
Select Clear Data in the confirmation prompt.
💡 NOTE: On clicking Clear Data, app data will be wiped the next time the devices come online and connect to ArborXR's servers. |
Groups
Navigate to Groups in the side navigation menu.
Select the group in question.
Select one or more devices.
Click Actions.
Select Clear App Data from the dropdown.
Select Clear Data in the confirmation prompt.
