Behavior on Non-Meta Quest Devices
On non-Meta Quest devices, ArborXR Kiosk Mode includes a quick access menu that appears on pressing the home button in either:
The right hand controller.
On the headset.
This pauses the kiosk app until Resume is selected and gives users access to allowed settings.
Behavior on Meta Quest Devices
On Meta Quest devices, pressing the home button will open Meta's pause menu with a Resume button. Meta dynamically hides the Quit button.
From Meta's pause menu you can click on Quick Settings (bottom left hand corner represented by time, Wi-Fi, and battery) to open Meta's settings menu.
This menu provides access to useful settings such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Casting, and USB Debugging. Meta's quick settings menu is locked down and does not let users escape to the Meta Home environment.
