The ArborXR Insights Assessment Dashboard
The ArborXR Insights Assessments Dashboard allows you to view and filter data within the applications you use in your deployment. View data like how many assessments are being performed, what score your users are receiving, the completion rate, and how users are improving over time. Filter by groups, device types, and users, to better understand your deployment's performance.
You can navigate to the Assessments Dashboard, if you have Insights enabled for your organization, by clicking 'Insights' in the side navigation bar, then 'Charts'.
Once there, select an application from the dropdown with the tag 'Data Flowing', select your desired time range and any other filters, and view the data. Additionally, you can save this specific set of filters as a view so that you can always easily access it under your list of charts.
Here is the full list of currently supported visualizations in the Assessments Dashboard:
Total Assessments
Average Score
Pass Rate
Average Completion Rate
Assessment Completion Over Time
Score Distribution
Count of Assessment by Category
Score Progression
Training Duration vs Performance Score
Pass Rate Trend
Assessment Score is determined by the developer within their content. If the application has multiple experiences inside of it, developers can also define those as modules so that you're able to select between them.
Why Data Might Not Show
If there is a 'No Data Available' tag next to your applications name, or some of the charts aren't populating with data, this is because ArborXR Insights data visualizations depends on Insights being integrated into your content.
This is something that the content developer must do, before sharing with you a new version of the application that has Insights implemented. We've made this as easy as possible for the developer, and they can learn clearly how to implement Insights to power this dashboard here.
For this dashboard, a content developer would have to implement the 'Assessment Start' and 'Assessment Complete' wrappers, effectively defining what an 'assessment' is within their experience. Along with this, they can define a 'score' to be passed back, which you'll then also be able to view in the dashboard.
If you're in contact with your XR content developer, send them the above link, however if there is content you're using where you're not in contact with the developer, let us know! Email us at insights@arborxr.com with the name of the content creator, and we'll do our best to let them know you're interested - while also offering our help in them implementing Insights.
What Else Insights Allows For
While the Assessments Dashboard allows you to visualize some data about your deployment, Insights is much more powerful than just what we show here.
You can view all kinds of data about what's happening within your content and deployment, depending on how deeply the developer has integrated Insights. In View Data, you'll be able to see all tracked data, and export that data via CSV, JSON, or to your other BI tools.
Beyond that, if you're using an LMS, you can integrate to power XR sessions directly from the LMS, allowing for authenticated sessions, per-user views, and sending data back to the LMS as well.
Not using an LMS but still want to capture data on a per-user basis? Use one of our other supported headset login policies.
